Carlo graduated with his Masters in Physical Therapy from Long Beach State University and earned his Doctor of Physical Therapy through Temple University. Carlo was a great help! I called the office just to make a general inquiry. Explained I was looking for a physical therapy office for my daughter who plays sports. Although our conversation did not end with an appointment he did take his time to answer all of my questions he also made suggestions On a sports program I can find online and YouTube for my daughter. Customer service and client relations is definitely a priority and it’s hard to find these days! Based on my Phone conversation With Carlo I would say you can definitely find it here!

Going to PT Concepts has been the most helpful experience for me getting my knee feeling better. What makes this PT office different than the several other offices I have tried before is the personal attention and holistic, creative approach that Carlo takes with addressing my pain. Carlo really embodies the idea of "working smarter, not harder." He recommended exercises and lifestyle changes that have been simple, effective and easy to remember for the rest of my life. Carlo and his staff are very courteous; the office has a great local, inviting feel to it. Plus, they offer yoga!
