In January 2009, Dr. Outten moved his practice up the road and opened a new state of the art chiropractic facility featuring the latest technology available today in the Chiropractic Profession. His mission is to serve as many people as possible with the highest quality of chiropractic care, so that these masses may realize full human potential.
