I'm Maggie. I'm a bodyworker who knows my stuff and am really looking to help you with yours. After 12 years as a massage therapist, I now use clothed table sessions to combine stretch therapy and specific deep tissue techniques to alleviate pain and increase mobility. My focus in my work is to help you create a strong, relaxed and aware environment within your body's muscle and connective tissue, which is why I usually send my clients with foam rolling homework if needed.
