I had expected to be having a wonderful vacation with my family in the Rhinebeck Area and returning home to Florida. Unfortunately, for me, I ended up having a medical emergency and northern Duchess Hospital was here for me. From the ER to everyone that works at the hospital they are all exemplary. They took such good care of me, diagnosed my issue And were able to Operate on me yesterday. It went from being a very painful and stressful time to a thankful time. They were very precise in my follow up of things that I need to do. I will always be very thankful To Northern Duchess Hospital.

My daughter had an MRI at NDH last weekend following a soccer injury. She was quite nervous walking in, but the staff immediately put her at ease. From the moment we arrived, everyone was warm, welcoming, and incredibly kind. They asked her right away what kind of music she wanted to listen to, explained the entire process in a clear and reassuring way, and kept checking in with her throughout. Their care and attentiveness made all the difference. We’re so grateful for how they treated her — thank you for making a scary situation so much easier

I went to Northern Dutchess hospital last week due to a migraine. The staff here were so kind and attentive. I had such a pleasurable experience here, even though I was in so much pain. When I pulled up to the ER entrance, I was in so much pain that I could not walk. A nurse was standing outside, seen me, and immediately sprung into action. She dropped everything out of her hands, and got me a wheel chair and rode me to registration. A staff member named Simone treated with me with so much grace and was beyond gentle when taking care of me. It is wonderful to know that there are ER staff members who care and have compassion. Thank you to everyone at this hospital.
