Built in 1952 by Dr. Joe L. Foster, North Park Chiropractic has been passed down for three generations. His son, Dr. Grant S. Foster recently passed the torch to his two daughters, Dr. Amanda F. Sams and Dr. Brook M. Foster. Our dedicated team at North Park Chiropractic has helped thousands of people discover relief from neck pain, lower back pain, sciatica pain, and more. Our friendly team of health care professionals combine skill and expertise that span the entire chiropractic wellness spectrum. Our chiropractors are devoted to helping you achieve and maintain optimum health. Located in the heart of North Park in San Diego, our chiropractic clinic is centrally located to Mission Valley, Hillcrest, downtown San Diego, and just a mile from well-known Balboa Park.
