Dr. Richard Garcia joined the US Air Force in 1996 as a medical radiology technologist. After leaving the military in 1996, he went on to massage therapy school. Leaving massage therapy after almost 18 years of service, Dr. Garcia enrolled at Northwestern Health Sciences University. He graduated in 2019, and opened Minnesota ChiroWorks in 2020.

Drs. Richard Garcia and Steve Scarfia welcome you to our practice where we strive to make patients feel at home. This personal care is why people throughout the Fridley area come to see us. Minnesota ChiroWorks continually strives to be a place of healing; one without judgement. To keep costs down, we are are a cash-based clinic (cash, check, debit, CC, HSA, etc.) and are no longer in network with most insurance, except for Medicare and motor vehicle claims."
