I am a native, small town Oklahoma girl. I graduated high school from Mtn. View- Gotebo and earned my undergraduate degree at Southwestern Oklahoma State University. I went on to pursue a Doctorate of Chiropractic at Parker University in Dallas, Texas. I have always had a passion for serving people and making a difference in the world. I became a chiropractor because I believe that the power that made the body heals the body, it just needs no interference. I want to empower people and help them reach their fullest health potential without the use of medication or surgery. One of my biggest goals is to create a space in my office for people of all walks of life to come together as a community, focused on health and healing, supporting each other and cheering each other on. They say it takes a village to raise children, but honestly I think it takes a village to make it through life and my vision for Let It Be Chiropractic is to create a village of healthy, happy families.

Let it Be will ALWAYS be my number 1 recommendation for chiropractic care. Dr. Ashley is so wise in how the body works and treats every client so intentionally and with such care. I have seen a lot of “cookie cutter” chiropractic care that adjusts every client the same but I know I m getting the best care when I go to Let it Be! My 1 year old and 5 year old love going to get adjusted. It is such a family friendly place and my whole family loves it!

I have had neck and back and other issues for about 20 years from sports and military shenanigans. As such, I have been to many chiropractors over the years and I can tell you without a doubt Ashley is the best I have been to. She is through and actually sets you on a plan and is the first one to actually do regular progress checks. She explains everything well and most importantly she truly cares about her clients and the profession. Other chiropractors I’ve been to have either just helped a little or made things worse. Working with Ashley is the first time I have actually seen significant progress and have been able to avoid surgery due to her care.

My family and I have no prior experience with a chiropractor but I’ve heard and researched the great benefits. My 1 month old has been super fussy and had terrible discomfort while trying to make a bowel movement. Sleeping has been super rare for momma bear so this peaked my interest in the world of chiropractors for my little boy. Let me tell you! A huge game changer. I completely and utterly recommend/standby the Dr. Ashley and Ms. Polly team!
