Dr. Cara Poppas received her Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Sherman College in South Carolina. She is Webster Certified and a member of the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association. Dr. Cara employs a comprehensive treatment approach to wellness including gentle, specific adjustments to the spine and affected joints, soft tissue therapy, rehabilitative exercises, nutrition, and lifestyle modifications.
