This place deserves 10 stars. I started coming here 2 years ago after a back injury and from the first day I ever walked into the office for my exam I immediately felt like I wasn’t just another patient. They listened. They showed they cared. They assured me that they will do whatever it takes to help get me as close as possible to full functioning again. I am so grateful for my recovery because of evergreen pain management and rehabilitation! Dr. Bennett, the amazing PT staff in the back, Kathy, Josie, Tab are the best!
