From walking in the door, Katia brings such a welcoming energy to the space - she’s always on top of everything and makes the whole experience seamless and stress free. Jess, who sees me before each session, is amazing. She takes the time to loosen me up, assess how I’m doing, and pinpoint where to focus the work for that day. Her care and genuine warmth always make me feel truly cared for and at ease
