Born and raised in Goleta, I attended Dos Pueblos High School and then Santa Barbara City College for my undergrad before transferring to Palmer College of Chiropractic West in San Jose. After school I came home to start my practice. I am married and have three beautiful little girls. During football season I am the Assistant Athletic Trainer for DP Varsity Football, so come out and see me on the sidelines!Crystal Chiropractic was established in 2007 in a small room in the Kling Chiropractic office on Mission, in 2009 we moved to a two room office on upper State, after a year at that location we found our permanent home in Goleta. We are now located in a beautifully remodeled office in Old Town Goleta!

After struggling with nagging pain that disrupted my training, her expertise and care got me back on the mats—feeling better than ever. She takes the time to understand the unique stresses of BJJ, always explains treatment clearly, and customizes her approach to fit my needs. Thanks to Dr. Crystal, I went from hurt and frustrated to back in action and continuing my progress in the sport. Dr. Crystal is the best! She has helped me with my back pain pre pregnancy and during pregnancy. She also gives recommendations for how to keep the adjustment working between appointments! I recommend her to anyone who is having aches and pains as she will fix you right up!
