Jeremy has worked in the fitness industry since 2002. After completing his undergraduate degree, he went on to Physical Therapy school at The University of Tennessee Health Science Center finishing in 2008. After graduation, he practiced with a large local orthopedic group for over 13 years. In 2021, Jeremy decided to open CAIRN Strength & Wellness. At CAIRN, he provides a continuum of care including both physical therapy services and strength and conditioning coaching. Using time proven barbell exercises, he focuses on the strength and condition of clients across all age and fitness levels. He holds professional certifications through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (CSCS), USA Weightlifting and the Mckenzie Institute (Cert. MDT). He also completed the Barbell Logic Coaching Academy in 2019.

We believe strength training and proper nutrition are vitally important. Our method centers on time-proven barbell exercises to gain strength and improve wellness. We'll help you define and achieve your personal fitness goals, no matter your age or physical condition. Whether you're wanting to improve your athletic capability, transition out of physical therapy, or simply reverse strength loss due to age, CAIRN staff can help you find your peak. I can’t say enough good things about Cairn Strength and Phyical Therapy. I followed Jeremy from OrthoSouth and he has put together an amazing team at Cairn. The environment there is welcoming, encouraging and relaxed which made going to strength training with Teresa and physical therapy with Andrew something I actually looked forward to attending. They are all very knowledgable and were genuinely invested in my recovery. I highly recommend Cairn for your PT needs!
