At the BodyMind Healing Center, our approach is cause-and-effect based. Everything you do and eat affects your body and mind. Emotional, physical, chemical and spiritual forces are constantly impacting the human body. Many patients have maladapted to these stresses, thus affecting the cortisol and free radicals in the body. This alone can speed up weight-gain and increase the effects of aging in a patient
