It’s a very motivating and welcoming community and I would highly recommend this studio to anyone regardless of their level of practice!

I’ve been taking yoga classes at Yoga Box for about 2 weeks. La Jolla location. I took few yoga classes long time ago so I wanted to give myself another try and I loved it. It’s challenge but each instructor make each class a unique one. You do it on your own pace and the instructor won’t put any pressure on you. I truly recommend this place if you are thinking about trying a great place.

One of my favorite workouts here in San Diego!! Hot yoga sculpt always has me feeling so much stronger each class!! Each instructor is so motivating and knows what they are doing!! I love the atmosphere in the studio! You will walk out feeling like the best version of yourself guaranteed! I highly recommend trying Yoga Box out if you're ready to challenge yourself
