I Took my mom to Bay State Physical Therapy, and I just want to say a big thank you to Rachael! My mom is deaf, and Rachael went above and beyond to make sure she understood everything and felt comfortable. She was super patient, kind, and took her time explaining things in a way my mom could follow. You can tell Rachael really cares about her patients and loves what she does. My mom left smiling, and that meant a lot to me. Thank you again, Rachael, for all your help you’re amazing!
