Dr. Doug Morris @ Arizona chiropractic & holistic health center have been an absolute miracle of a pain solution. His friendly & supportive staff/medical professionals are more interested in progress than anything. Decompression therapy has been a game changer & the only therapy to date that has provided significant relief. Other modalities have been short term progress with little value I.e. from a pain of 7 to 5 vs pain level of 7 to 1. First time pain has been 1 since my injury. After over 13 years of struggling with severe lower back pain, spasms, sleep deprivation, & intermittent numbness/burning from severe sciatica, I have, for the first time, been relieved completely of pain. As I write this I’m experiencing my first day without pain. Up until 2 yrs ago I walked with a cane this was prior to seeing Dr. Morris for Decompression therapy - so 11+ yrs. I wish I found this treatment & Dr. Morris years ago. Glad we moved to the Valley. I’ve had a total of 13 sessions since Jan 2025. Advisory - Although the first sessions I felt more pain/soreness from things starting to stretch out & be pulled open, that started to improve. At times I thought I couldn’t stand or ambulate it was difficult. Decompression Treatment (30 min sessions) - 3 times a week, then 2 times a week and finally 1 time a week. In less than 7 weeks I have total relief.
