Dr Rachel is the best! I was fortunate to find and start seeing her for chiropractic care when I was trying to conceive my second child. Finding a provider who was Webster certified and who would be a trusted part of my overall care team during pregnancy was important to me. From our first visit, throughout my pregnancy, and currently in my early postpartum months, Dr Rachel has made me feel listened to and genuinely cared for. She seeks to understand the full picture of my state of health, my treatment goals, and integrate with the care I’m receiving from other providers. I love that she incorporates elements such as cupping, KT tape, and graston technique into treatments - I always feel great after a session with her. Added bonus: Dr Rachel is thoughtful about building a network of resources for pregnant and postpartum people and has provided fantastic recommendations for massage therapists and PT, and I know she has a whole bunch more at her fingertips. I started regularly seeing Rachel at 16 weeks pregnant to manage typical aches and pains, while also proactively preparing my body (and baby!) for labor and delivery.
