I have been going to Active Orthopedics PT for a little over a year now and it is hard to stop. The place has a really friendly and welcoming vibe but you still get stuff done every time you are there. I work with Logan Lamb through shoulder rehab after surgery and now with my knees and he has been great the whole way through. He breaks everything down so I actually understand what is going on in my body and what we are working toward. If I am sore or tired he listens and adjusts but if I have the energy we push and make progress. Compared to the Athletic trainers at my school Logan and Active Orthopedics are on another level. They do not just hand you some goofy exercise off YouTube, they focus on what actually works and it shows. My shoulders feel stable, my knees are stronger, and overall I just feel better. On top of that the whole experience is solid. Scheduling is easy whether you are calling or stopping at the front desk, and if you need to cancel or move things around they get it done in minutes. I would recommend them to anyone, athletes especially, because you get the right mix of working hard, recovering the right way, and actually enjoying being there.

Fantastic experience, addressed all of my issues. I really can't say enough good things about the staff and facility at Active Orthopedics. I worked with Jessika over 6 weeks to address some pain that I had been experiencing for over 6 months. Within just two sessions I had already noticed huge improvements and by the end of the six weeks I felt that the pain was completely addressed. Great place! You can't go wrong.

A big thanks to the Active Orthipedics PT team especially Jessika and Jessica for their outstanding support in getting my daughter back to 100%. They were extremely knowledgeable and made sure she was informed along the way. Also Jessika in providing me with support during a short lived health concern.
