Rescheduling or Canceling an Appointment

Rescheduling

To reschedule an appointment:

  1. Go to Appointments in your dashboard.
  2. Find the appointment you need to change.
  3. Click Reschedule and select a new date and time.
  4. Confirm the change. Your provider will be notified automatically.

Canceling

To cancel, follow the same steps but click Cancel Appointment instead. You'll be asked to provide a brief reason for the cancellation.

Cancellation Policies

Each provider sets their own cancellation policy. Common policies include:

  • 24-hour notice — Most providers require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations.
  • Late cancellation fees — Some providers charge a fee for cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance.
  • No-show fees — Missing an appointment without notice may result in a fee and potential restrictions on future online booking.

Review the specific provider's cancellation policy before booking. It is displayed during the booking process and in your confirmation email.
