Dr. Carla Bulla earned her Bachelor of Science in Human Performance with emphasis in Athletic Training in 2000 from the The University of Southern Mississippi while playing in the Volleyball Team. She pursued her Master of Education degree in Physical Education in 2003 from The U. of Houston where she also served as a Graduate Assistant ATC. From 2003-2005 Carla served as an Assistant ATC at The U. of Louisiana at Monroe. She completed her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from the U. of Saint Augustine for Health Sciences in 2007.
After a year working at Jacksonville Orthopedic Institute in an outpatient setting, she spent the last 10 years helping the Crestview community working as a PT in Home Health.
Dr. Bulla is the Founder of Pro Vita Physical Therapy offering outpatient physical therapy in four locations in the FL Pan Handle.
