Being a professional Massage Therapist since 2008 has allowed me the opportunity to meet and help many people with their pain reduction, stress relief and wellness goals. Through Massage Therapy, I enjoy assisting my clients with post-injury/surgery recovery, athletic training programs, stress reduction and management, and/or improve upon their already healthy lifestyle. My decision to become a professional Massage Therapist occured after a car accident that resulted in moderate whiplash injuries and trauma. When traditional treatments were not effective, my doctor prescribed Massage Therapy. Weekly Therapeutic Massage was my answer to a full recovery and I began my journey to become a massage therapist.Owner Licensed Massage and Bodywork Practitioner since 2008.
