I founded You Chiropractic to help as many people as I possibly can in the Nashville area. Many people do not no where to turn or what to do when they experience musculoskeletal pain. I want to steer everyone in the right direction to better their health in a manner that doesn’t break the bank. Lets be honest here....Nobody enjoys going to the doctors office. This is different. This is a place where patients will leave feeling better and with a smile on their face. No stuffy waiting room with elevator music playing. Its all about YOU when YOU walk in. YOU choose the music, YOU choose the topic of conversation, Dr. Z does all the physical work to get YOU feeling great. Our goal is to make visiting the doctor an enjoyable experience where YOU feel better than before. We focus on preventative care so that patients come in feeling great rather than coming in with pain. This modernization of healthcare will help prevent chronic pain and allow patients to live happier and healthier lives!

I’ve had chronic back pain for years from sports and tried everything — epidurals, physical therapy, and multiple chiropractors. Nothing ever gave me lasting relief. Dr. Z’s approach has been completely different. Between adjustments, dry needling, and decompression therapy, it’s the first time I’ve actually seen real improvement in my back. If you’ve tried other treatments without success, I highly recommend seeing Dr. Z. Truly the bomb.com

Garrett is the best! He makes sure to address all of your concerns, with no rushing or quick solutions. As someone who has seen him monthly for 2 years, I always walk away feeling looser. If you’re looking for a genuine person who will care for you, this is the practice to go to!
