Originally from the East Coast, I danced throughout my childhood. After attending school at Boston Conservatory of Music, I returned to NY to dance with the Alvin Ailey Dance Theatre. The gift of movement continues to increase my passion and desire to learn more and more about the body. Our bodies are filled with kinetic energy in need of balance, nurturing and direction. I offer Holistic Pilates, combining energy healing, releasing blocks (physical/emotional) to correct poor habits. This enables the body to gain strength, stamina & flexibility at a deep level. Cranio Sacral Therapy is invaluable for pain relief, headaches, TMJ, anxiety and stress. I can help you channel the energy you need to thrive & be your body's best friend.I'm so grateful to work with clients, our bodies are amazing! Once we begin the journey towards, a clients goals and healing, we create a custom plan. Results are gained by entering a new relationship with your body and spirit, breaking hurtful weakness/habits/postures, while developing the new. The body desires homeostatis, balance. Through sessions at XALTED BODY, conscious awareness and classes, if appropriate, you can truly feel more alive!
