In addition to her 14+years as a Yoga and Pilates Instructor, in awe of the bodies' capabilities ever since. Janine has learned to teach students to go deeper to finding their truths; she encourages you to take the gifts you have learned beyond studio walls and into the rest of your life. Janine’s classes are playful, challenging, and allow students to deepen their awareness of mind and body. Janine's Certifications include: RYT 500 Forrest Yoga, YogaWorks Teacher Training, and Anatomy wizard under Brian Campbell, Jambo Trong, and Ellen Heed. WundaBar Reformer Certified, and Movement Academy by Marie-Jose Blom. An avid study of the body and movement. Janine's life philosophy is to keep evolving. In April of 2012 X-Treme Pilates opened it's beautiful La Canada studio to our amazing community! Enjoy inspiring foothill views, our exclusive XTP reformers, with state of the art sound system while you workout.
