After years in Philadelphia, New Haven, and New York City, he has moved to the Manhattan suburbs in northern New Jersey, and operates at Hackensack University Medical Center. His award winning achievements throughout his career highlight his dedication to excellent patient care, evidence based medicine, and optimal surgical outcomes. Dr. Long believes in the importance of rigorous medical education, and as such continues to publish book chapters and scholarly journal articles focused on spinal disease and treatment, and teaches the next generation of doctors from multiple medical schools.
