Barbara is a Registered Nurse and CEO of Body by Design Wellness and Massage Clinic, Inc. She is a master health practitioner who helps people with inside/out health using her 5 part system: Touch, Cleanse, Strengthen, Grow, Give. In addition to being diagnosed with scoliosis, micro-vascular disease, hormone imbalance and Lupus in her early 30's Barbara sustained back, neck, hip, knee, and ankle injuries. Intuitively, she followed her belief that our bodies are made to function freely and without pain and got busy learning how the body works. She restored her health without drugs or the 3 surgeries her doctors told her she needed. Despite being told, she was permanently disabled and would never run again - Barbara is medication and symptom free and runs marathons. When she started Body by Design Wellness and Massage Clinic, Inc. it grew quickly by word-of-mouth.
