Dr. Kontaratos is a graduate of Palmer College of Chiropractic and board certified with Texas and Arizona for specialty in Sports Medicine. Dr. Kontaratos is also a Designated Workers Compensation Doctor specializing in Independent Medical Examinations and is board certified in impairment ratings in Texas. While focusing on noninvasive treatment, Dr. Kontaratos continues his education through extensive seminars including the study of symptoms and rehabilitation on Carpel Tunnel Syndrome. He has been honored in Strathmore's 2002-2003 "Who's Who" publication for demonstrating leadership and achievement in his field.One of the most gratifying honors ever accorded to James N. Kontaratos, DC came in the form of an invitation to lend a hand at the United States Olympic Training Center in Colorado Springs, Colorado, where his skills were put to work helping world-class American athletes prepare for triumph at the 2004 Summer Games in Athens, Greece.Massage therapy, rehabilitation, and chiropractic services. Massage therapy [is] performed in closed quarters, with our licensed massage therapist who has been with our business for over 15 years. Rehabilitation is performed in our state-of-the-art workout facility with our specialist in rehab services and physical therapy. I came to Dr. K because of my best friend. She has been coming to Dr. K for years. My back was hurting me and I couldn’t teach with the pain. I am so glad I listened to her because Dr. K and his team got my back to feeling so much better and pain free! I love coming to Wellness Dallas. The atmosphere is so calm and peaceful. I love all of his staff! They make the experience a great one! Everyone works so hard for all of the patience. I loved Dr. K and staff so much that my husband comes here now.

Dr. K is awesome. He is there BEST chiropractor i have been to. He cares about his patients genuinely and very dedicated. He is very good in figuring out the sources of the pain and treat you, make you feel better in no time. Highly recommended.

Dr. K is awesome! When developing a treatment plan he takes your whole body into consideration, not just where the pain is located. My posture was an issue and stress from being furloughed caused major back pain. I hadn't seen Dr. K in many years but he and the wonderful staff welcomed me back with open arms. It had been a long time (years) since my previous visit so it took some visits to start seeing results. Dr. K assured me that I would feel better and he was right! I'm feeling better than I have in a while. Everyone at Wellness Dallas truly cares about each patient that walks through their door. Thank you Dr. K and staff!

I have been a nurse for 25 years and have had back pain and injuries for the last 20 years. I have gone to many chiropractors seeking relief. Dr K is truly the best I have ever gone too. He really cares about making you well. It is his mission lol. I will continue to see him for wellness appointments and refer him to anyone that will listen. I was in so much intense pain when I first went to see him. He could barely touch me. He took his time and little by little made me so much better. He is the Best. Thank you Dr K and his office staff is wonderful.

Upon referral from a patient of mine, I started coming to Dr K about 3 months ago. I was having problems with my sciatic nerve and my knee. After getting adjustments and therapy, my pain started to decrease immediately. Dr K then did the procedure called Manipulation under Anesthesia on my neck. That was an amazing experience! I'm getting ready to have my lower back done this week. I have referred a few of my patients and 2 family members to Dr K and they have also had great experiences. I can honestly say these treatments have been life changing for me. My fatigue has reduced, my pain is almost non-existent and my muscles are feeling much more relaxed. Everyone at the office treats you like family and is always there to answer any questions I have. Dr K is a step above any chiropractor I've ever visited. I'm very thankful to him and his staff for everything they have done for me. They are great and I would rate them higher than a five if I could!!
