Dr. Wellens has been a chiropractic neurologist since 2003. His office is located inside Delta Spine & Sportcare in Brentwood. In addition to the typical neck and back problems treated by chiropractic care, Dr. Wellens' background in neurology allows him to specialize his care towards chronic spine pain, intervertebral disc issues, headaches/migraines, vestibular/balance problems, vertigo, and concussion. Dr. Wellens also treats athletes at all levels, infants, and children. Dr. Wellens works closely with Dr. Jaime Garcia (Brentwood Pediatrician) in treating various child ailments including concussions, headaches, vertigo, and spine pain. His background in playing collegiate level tennis provides him great insight into the treatment of many sports injuries.
