There is truly no place like Upstate Specific. From the moment you walk in, you’re met with such a warm, welcoming, and kid-friendly environment. They are incredibly attentive and knowledgeable, and it’s obvious they truly know what they’re doing. I never feel rushed or overlooked — I feel genuinely cared for, seen, and known as a person, not just a patient. It’s rare to find care like this, and I’m so grateful for Upstate Specific.

I have been coming to USC and Dr Megan since 2020. Dr Megan and her team have adjusted me and supported me throughout my pregnancies and have cared for all three of my children as newborns. From the moment you walk in you will feel known and supported by all of the staff, and even other patients. Dr Megan has created an incredible environment. If you are looking for a great chiropractor that accepts insurance and especially one that works with is great with pregnancies and newborns then Upstate Specitic Chiropractic is your place!

I have been to may Chiropractors. Dr. Megan is by far the best. She is absolutely a wonderful pleasant soul but also well qualified and exceptionally good at what she does! I always had a great experience with her and so did my children including my very young 1 week old. I whole heartily believe my pregnancy, labor and delivery was a breeze because of the care I received from her. Wonderful! I highly recommend.
