Dr. Kerry Deyo founded Upstate Chiropractic and Wellness in 2019 after spending 2 years working as an associate in two local group practices. Dr. Deyo is a native to the Albany area. She earned her Bachelor's degree at the College of Charleston in South Carolina, cum laude. She then attended New York Chiropractic College where she was inducted into the Phi Chi Omega Honors Society. In December 2016 she graduated with honors and was additionally awarded the Clarence N. Flick Memorial Award for scholarly research. She has earned additional certifications in Active Release Techniques (ART), Birthfit, Webster Technique, RockTape Kinesiotaping, and ConnecTx Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Technique.

I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Deyo. I saw her weekly during my 2nd and 3rd trimesters and would do it all over again! It was the best decision to see her. She's thoughtful and really takes the time to listen to your symptoms and even recommended movements I could do at home. She's so easygoing and every week felt like going to chat with an old friend. 10/10 recommend!

Dr. Palmer is fantastic: I have been dealing with chronic hip and back pain for 3 years after having surgery and she has been the only one who has given me relief. I am now having days with no pain which hasn’t happened in a very long time. I would recommend her to anyone!

10/10 Best Chiropractic office I’ve ever been to. The best staff and the best service. I always leave here feeling a million times better and for someone who practically works around the clock they have the best availability for my schedule. Dr. Hailea has been great as that’s who I regularly see for adjustments.

Dr. Deyo is an excellent chiropractor! One thing that sets her apart from others I’ve seen is that she uses multiple modalities to treat my pain and stiffness. Scheduling is easy, the office staff is friendly, and they always do their best to get me in.

I just had a first visit consult and treatment by Dr Kerry Deyo at Upstate Chiropractic. She was fantastic! She was able to explain all the correlating symptoms and treatments pertaining to my problems. It’s been a long time since I was under the care of a practitioner that I felt was truly interested in solving and treating my issues. Plus she was so nice!!
