I would recommend Upper Cervical Chiropractic of Spartanburg to anyone. I have tried massages and stretching but had no relief until I went there. The entire staff is amazing. On your first day, the whole team greets you—and honestly, they greet you like that every time you come in.
I was in so much pain my first day there that they scheduled me for a second appointment the same day. That night, I had the best rest I’d had in a long time. If you’re dealing with pain, come see the staff there. It’s definitely worth it.

When I first came to upper cervical, I was suffering with headaches, fatigue, brain fog, joint pain, anxiety, even menstrual dysfunction. When I got my first adjustment, I remember feeling like something in my mind and body opened up- it was a little scary, as something I hadn't experienced before, but the team was amazing at letting me know that what I was feeling was normal and okay. Since then, any issue I've had, I've felt comfortable bringing to their doctors. They are very knowledgeable and are always there with a smile and an open ear. I've seen improvement or complete resolution of all of my original concerns, as long as I stay consistent with my care. Upper Cervical is such an awesome practice, I love the vibe of the office and the kindness of the team!

From the moment I stepped into Upper Cervical Chiropractic of Spartanburg, I knew I was in excellent hands. The assessments to determine my diagnosis and treatment plan were truly top-notch, and what really stood out was that I was never pushed or bullied into anything. I was given all the time I needed to make a decision, and every single one of my questions was answered thoroughly, allowing me to make a sound choice for my health.
I specifically chose Upper Cervical Chiropractic due to the extensive specialized training they have in treating the cervical spine. It's clear that safety and patient care are their first priority from beginning to end. The staff is incredible—they know you by name after just your first appointment, and the office runs so smoothly that your visit is always on time. They also work around my work schedule. It's a very welcoming and professional environment where I feel completely comfortable.
While I do pay a bit more for care here, my health is absolutely worth the price. Honestly, if you tally up what you spend on chiropractic care elsewhere over a year, you'll likely find you're not paying much more for the significantly better quality of care you receive here. This office truly embodies the idea of quality over quantity and should be the standard for all doctor's offices.
I am extremely happy with my progress and the exceptional care I receive. They truly check all the boxes!

I am not against chiropractors, just this one! Many years ago when his practice was off 176, I and my husband saw him for a car wreck. I went for months and insurance paid fully. But what really got me was he scammed me into getting two tens units claiming insurance would cover both and later found out insurance does not. Left me with a huge bill which he cared nothing about when I reached out back years ago. A year later i found out i had 2 bulging disks (did not know at the time of treatment). They did not show up until later. I truly do not believe the intensive treatment I had here did a single thing to help and i don’t trust him as far as i can throw him!!
EDIT: I’M GOING TO KINDLY ASK THAT YOU REMOVE MY PERSONAL MEDICAL INFO IN THE RESPONSE TO MY REVIEW WITH MY DATES OF TREATMENT AND WHAT I WAS TREATED FOR AS THIS IS A HIPPA VIOLATION. WHO POSTS THAT?? THIS JUST SHOWS THE UNPROFESSIONALISM!! BTW, I DID CALL IMMEDIATELY AFTER RECEIVING THE HUGE BILL AND WAS TOLD “SORRY, YOU CAN DO A PAYMENT PLAN AND REFUSED TO TAKE THEM BACK - You guys are LIARS!!

So pain and discomfort is never fun. After 2 back surgeries for ruptured discs in my lower back, I needed help. The team at Upper Cervical have been fantastic!
