Triada Health Ottawa (THO) was founded in 2019 by an acupuncturist, a chiropractor, and a massage therapist. Triada is proud to be a business owned and run by woman. While the business may be young, the founding therapists have over 25 years of experience providing excellent health care in the complimentary alternative sector. At THO, we aim to provide the best quality care to our clients and patients. We believe in personalized, patient centered, evidence based care. It is our mission to become the destination for acupuncture, chiropractic and massage therapy in the Nepean and Barrhaven communities. We have already served the community for years and are excited to branch into the established Arlington Woods area.

Her combined techniques of chiropractic, massage and acupuncture is helping me cope with my body’s aches and pains. If you need physio, chiropractic or massage therapy, Triada is where you should go.

Veronica is a hands on physio therapist. Unlike most physio have had in the past, I feel like the treatment evolves as my condition improves. She is constantly reassessing where I'm at and altering the hands on treatment accordingly.

I had full back/neck massage therapy with Carly, she was incredible. She helped me relieve my pain and demonstrated exceptional knowledge throughout the process. Will definitely be coming back!!!!
