From an early age I had an intense interest in health and anatomy; which turned into a passion for athletics, physical fitness & academics. At the end of high school it became evident to me that I wanted to pursue a career in healthcare. I went to Life University in GA with one of the most premier health & wellness Doctoral programs in the world, graduating with honors in 2003. After graduation, I chose to study under some of the most renowned nerve and health experts. My post graduate studies also included clinical neuroscience & functional neurology with the Carrick Institute of Clinical Neuroscience & Rehabilitation. I actively speak around the country at various educational seminars, mentor professionals by serving as a member of externship and preceptorship programs, and I also have a passion for Nutrition and the principles of healthy living. Outside of work, I am spending time with my wife Susan, our three children, and our Giant Schnauzer “Brando”. We are a leading team of nerve and chronic pain experts. Our philosophy is simple…take care of every single patient how you would want your parent, spouse, and/or child taken care of if they were a patient. As so many patients who have already been with Texas Nerve and Spine will testify, “When you are a patient here, you are always treated like you are part of their family”! Of course a family-like culture would be so important to our Leadership Team… they actually are family!
