Born and raised on the island of Oahu in Hawai'i, Scott was no stranger to physical activities and fitness. Scott was fortunate enough to have a renowned strength and boxing gym that his uncle owned and where Scott would begin his journey into fitness and understanding the human body and all of it's potential. While living in Southern California since 1996, Scott found his personal life tumbling terribly out of control which caused an incredible amount of stress and depression in his life. Struggling, Scott found himself using food and alcohol as a means of coping and very quickly saw his weight shoot up over 80 lbs to a whopping 278 lbs. Scott vowed to make a change. From this renewed fire and determination the SY Performance '90 Day Body Transformation Program' was forged. Utilizing its principles, Scott was able to drop over 73 lbs of fat, water and toxin weight and pick up an extra 10 lbs of lean muscle. Now it's Scott's mission to help others achieve their own fitness success!After 4 years of successfully running 'Ballistic Body Fitness', the voted #1 Personal Training Company in Burbank, Scott stepped down as CEO and left to open up SY Performance (SYP). After a long successful relationship with FunXional Fitness Gym in Burbank, SY Performance is now a Co-owner of the premiere private fitness studio, The Victory Stronghold’. Located in Burbank, our new location allows us to pamper our clients with an intelligently designed, immaculately kept, no holds barred training facility. We have a new look and feel and our commitment to high quality personal training will always remain paramount.
