소개

Jay has been helping active adults and athletes in Fairfield County, CT return to a pain free, active lifestyle for over 15 years. He understands that each person is unique and needs an individualized approach. His eclectic, multifaceted approach takes those who have decreased their activities or stopped being active altogether to the solution. Jay helps direct his patients on the right path to reach their goals. Jay is a graduate of Quinnipiac University with his Masters in Physical Therapy, and a graduate of Arcadia University with his Doctorate in Physical Therapy. He has completed an Orthopedic and Manual Therapy Residency and Fellowship training (FAAOMPT) and is Board Certified in Orthopedics (OCS). He achieved a Doctorate in Manual Therapy (DMT) and also certified in Dry Needling (CMTPT), a certified running coach (RRCA) and a certified nutrition coach (NASM-CNC) and implement these skills in his clinical practice.
