I love cooking, going to farmer's markets, and making ice cream. I eat local, organic food when possible. I enjoy listening to new bands, having drinks with friends, and seeing art that inspires me. Daily meditation and yoga a few times a week are also in the mix. I am committed to my vocation, and I study anatomy and take bodywork classes when I am not working with my clients. I feel that the human body is fascinating and beautifully designed, and it will take a lifetime to learn its mysteries. My philosophy of life is: 'Live and let live.'I established this business in 2004, when I was working part time in a spa. I now work full time for myself, doing the work I love, serving people.
