David received his Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy from California State University Fresno. Trained at Santa Barbara Cottage Hospital and Stanford for orthopedics. Before establishing his own business, served as a director of several clinics giving him the skills needed to start Sports Motion Physical Therapy in 1994. As a physical therapist he has treated professional, amateur and high school athletes from training to injury prevention and post op rehab and provides treatment for orthopedic, adolescent, pediatric and elder care patients. To increase his awareness of the professional advancement in physical therapy. Attending post graduate seminars in manual therapy, balance disorders and post op strategies for shoulder, hip, knee, ankle and spine on a yearly basis. Dave has been a member of the APTA since 1980. Dave and his staff members have been actively involved in the community by supporting the Calabasas Swim & Tennis Club and Calabasas High School sports teams.Sports Motion Physical Therapy was established in 1994 in Calabasas. We expanded in 2003 to four thousand square feet, which includes five private treatment rooms with flat screens and satellite. We have a complete gym with several sections. The excellent service you will receive will be from skilled licensed professionals. We provide one on one personal care from manual mobilization, balance training and therapeutic exercise. At Sports Motion Physical Therapy we offer personal services such as therapeutic massage and personal training. We offer a monthly gym membership for those who wish to continue on an individual basis. The friendly staff will welcome you with the attention you deserve.
