Spirit Soul Wellness was founded in 2013 in San Diego, California. The goal of my practice is to hold space for each and every person who allows me the gift of helping them along their healing journey. My previous career as a weapons mechanic in the United States Navy helped me recognize the human body as a machine that performs optimally when proper care and attention are provided. I have been a body worker for nine years and hold certifications and licensure as a Holistic Health Practitioner as well as in Massage Therapy, Personal Training, Yoga Instruction, Esthetics, and Reiki. I am an Intuitive Bodyworker who specializes in helping those experiencing discomfort associated with TMJ, chronic migraines, vertigo, and sciatic-like pain. I am so grateful you are here! I absolutely love what I do and my clients tell me I am magic.
