I big help when you combine with swimming and physical therapy
I don't use the backstretching system any organi. I used it once after several visits. It didn't seem to help me
But I'm when doctor Sarah Johnson works on my neck. The effect is immediate and it helps my lower back out a lot.
I have been seeing her off and on for 20 years.

Dr. Johnson is great to work with, and she always takes the time to explain what she’s doing and why it matters. The staff is consistently friendly and helpful, which makes every visit easy. The equipment they use is top-notch, and the entire place is well maintained and pleasant to be in. Overall, it’s a solid spine and wellness center that genuinely cares about its patients.

I love the office staff — they’re always so friendly and helpful, and they really put you at ease. I see Dr. Sara, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. I used to suffer from chronic headaches and migraines, and more recently started having issues with my neck, shoulders, and arms.
