So so so grateful I found Dr. Josh and his online rehab course. I am a surfer (not a ju jitsu person) but his wisdom and experience was not only helpful, but necessary after I hurt myself surfing and could not do the thing I love the most. The course helped me get back on track, and increase my strength. Also, the 1:1 consult I did was medicine for my body and soul. Thank you Dr. Josh! You are doing great work in the world helping people have power in healing themselves.

I’ve been dealing with hip impingement and stiffness that were really starting to affect my Jiu-Jitsu training. Working with Josh has been a game-changer. He took the time to understand exactly what was going on, explained things in a way that made sense, and tailored a plan to get me moving again.
Between the adjustments, mobility work, and specific exercises, I’ve felt a huge difference — not just less pain, but more freedom and control in my movement. I used to feel stiff and limited, especially during training, but now I’m finally able to roll more freely and confidently.
Josh is knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely cares about your recovery. If you’re dealing with back pain, hip issues or anything that’s affecting your athletic performance, I can’t recommend him enough.

Dr. Josh is outstanding!! His customer service, knowledge in sport injuries, recovery and prevention are superb. As a recreational triathelete, Dr. Josh helped me achieve my very first full Ironman injury free. I will really miss his services. He is a great loss to the San Diego community but he will be a great gain to the South Florida area. Fellow triathletes if you are looking for a great chiropractor, Dr. Josh is you man.
