I have worked with patients of all ages in a variety of health care settings –young pediatrics in inpatient and outpatient care assisting in milestone integration, overcoming young injuries or birth defects, and youth orthopedics –from post surgical back to sport and a variety of growth plate injuries, weekend warriors, neurologically impaired, balance impairments, pre/postpartum, pelvic floor dysfunctions and sport related injuries. I have advanced certifications in Dry Needling through mastering dry needling, Running analysis, Pelvic Floor ICE Cert, manual therapy, Kinesio taping, cupping, body mechanics, CPR/AED certified through AHA, and am frequently using evidence based practice while treating my patients so they are receiving the best available care. My strong foundation in the mechanics of human movements, physiological principle of exercise combined with my impressive running record of 7 half marathons and 1 marathon, enables me to give the best possible care to my patients.
