소개

I am a certified pelvic floor therapist with extensive experience in the field of musculoskeletal (orthopedic) injuries. I have been interested in Pelvic floor PT ever since my last year of graduation in 2006. My thesis involved finding pain relief with pelvic pain with kegel exercises. After having my first child in 2016, I experienced some of these issues myself, and I was excited to know how much the pelvic PT field has evolved. This started my journey towards catering these women with pelvic floor dysfunctions. I figured out how pelvic floor and musculoskeletal issues in women go hand in hand. After using my pelvic floor knowledge along with my orthopedic knowledge I was getting amazing outcomes in relieving my women’s symptoms. I believe in adding value to each treatment session by using individually tailored care plan to aide women in their recovery.
