Mindfulness does Matter! Dr Gray and staff do a fantastic job coaching health and wellness in a restorative environment with many new applications to wellness and ALWAYS with a pleasant attitude and smile…can’t beat that! Oh, did I mention always on time?

Going to Restore was one the best decisions I ever made - after experiencing lower back pain for months I went in to see Dr. Gray and her adjustments have me feeling SO much better. The physical therapy with Trish is amazing and all the staff are super nice and helpful. I also love the infrared sauna, cryotherapy, and pretty much anything else they have to offer!!

I have been coming to Restore since 2016. My physical health has transformed. Migraines gone, sciatica calmed, inflammation reduced, and better overall physical capability. Dr. Gray is very knowledgeable and shares recommendations without pushing someone into anything - it's refreshing and makes me trust her even more. Plus, everyone who works here is kind and welcoming, and many have worked here for years. It's been a privilege to get to watch local college students who work there grow and graduate. If you are looking for a single practice that provides many care options (chiropractic, cryotherapy, infrared sauna, massage, and so much more) with a capable team that is constantly educating themselves, Restore is the place for you.
