Dr. Bomgaars specializes in Non-Force adjusting, which is gentle and specific. There is no popping or torquing of the body, making it very safe for the littlest baby to the oldest woman. Myofascial release of muscles is also used prior to the adjustment. Muscle imbalances are addressed and strengthening of spinal muscles are taught, to give longer lasting alignment. Dr. Bomgaars earned her Doctorate in Chiropractic from SCU Health Sciences in Whittier, CA after earning her Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science from PLNU in San Diego. At PLNU she competed on a track scholarship successfully and was a 4-time, NAIA, All American, in the Heptathlon and 4 by 400 sprint relay. Dr. Bomgaars is also passionate and studied in the area of nutrition, and is a Science Based Nutrition Practitioner. Through in-depth laboratory testing, a personalized supplement and lifestyle program is created and monitored in order to achieve optimal health.Dr. Rebecca has been in family practice for over 10 years. After having her own kids, she has become passionate about pregnancy and infant adjusting as well as nutritional and wellness counseling.
