Ginger started the practice with her husband Dr. Adam Propper, D.C. She temporarily left a brilliant career in advertising and styling to initially help launch the practice in Westport CT. She remained on as the Office Manager/owner because of her own passion for helping people achieve better health via Chiropractic Care.Propper Chiropractic LLC was founded in 1989 by Dr. Adam Propper, D.C., and Ginger Propper. It is a family owned and family oriented health facility.

I had back problem since 2015 with pain everyday.I went to therapy numerous times and even tried going to a Chiropractor for over a year but no relief. Approximately six months ago I started Dr Propper of Westport and I thank God and Dr Propper I am free of pain everyday, I'm walking and standing better. Dr Jenn and Ginger two great people. If you want the best it is Dr Propper of Westport.

I’ve been coming to Propper Chiropractic for 3 years and since then I’ve felt way more better. Dr. Propper, Jen, and Ginger have been very helpful throughout the process. I started my journey with some abnormalities that affected my posture, back & neck, and stress levels. These have all improved and I would highly recommend giving this amazing practice a try to get you right and stress free.

I’ve been hesitant with chiropractic care before. The guy I used to see was always pushing herbs and creams on me and I felt pressured to buy. Propper Chiropractic is a wonderful group of people. Dr. Propper is helpful with insurance and I feel my pain improving. Please give him a try!! Happy 35th Anniversary in practice.

Dr. Proper is one of the best practitioners I’ve ever come across! He is gentle but effective! Always supportive and encouraging. I started going to Dr.P. A year ago and he has helped me tremendously with my back and neck issues especially now as I recover from a fall that caused a major break in my shoulder.
Both Dr. Proper and Jen are wonderful! I feel safe in their hands and know they have treated me successfully with their approaches in chiropractic care! Both are very knowledgeable and I can’t say enough about how much better I feel due to their care! Thank you Dr. Proper and Dr. Jen! …And Ginger for reminders and your warmth toward all of the clients that walk through Proper Chiropractic!!!

I have been coming to Dr Propper for the better part of two years now. The entire vibe of the office is just really great. Both Dr Propper and Dr Sherriff are super knowledgeable and extremely effective at what they do. They work with a lot of patients, but their memories on how to uniquely treat each individual is nothing short of remarkable. It’s one of the things I most appreciate about the office — it’s just so personal in the best sense of the word. I highly recommend them both and my wife is going to start coming as well. Ginger at the front of the office is also super warm and welcoming, but also very flexible if you need to move appointments around. Highly recommend coming here. You won’t regret it. They are just different than other chiropractors that I’ve been to over the years.
