I am a Doctor of Physical Therapy and Orthopedic Clinical Specialist with 10 years of experience. I have worked with clients of all ages and backgrounds. I started the first 5 years or my career in a hospital setting which gave me a great baseline to build my clinical skills working with patients. In 2019, I began working at PT Stop Physical Therapy & Wellness where I continue to work to hone my skills as an Orthopedic Clinical Specialist. I founded Proletics at Rise Athletics in 2022 to pursue my dream of working with high performance athletes focusing on sports-specific rehabilitation and training. Proletics was founded in 2022 to help athletes recover from new or old injuries and perform effectively in a sustainable fashion. Within the current healthcare system, there is a lack of awareness and capability to address the needs of the modern athlete and high performance individuals. The main objective of Proletics is to nurture an environment that places your specific needs first while you strive to reach your highest potential. Specializing in manual therapy, movement analysis, and corrective exercises, many individuals have overcome various injuries and achieved their personal goals utilizing our holistic, mindful, and total body approach.
