Potrero Physical Therapy offers a unique approach to injury rehabilitation. With a staff of seasoned runners, skiers and cyclists as well as a competitive level surfer, Potrero PT brings first-hand sports experience to our patients. Specializing in extended one on one appointments and customized home exercise programs, our therapists may use manual techniques (joint mobilizations, myofascial release, taping, IASTM), modalities, blood flow restriction (BFR) and functional exercises to assist with your recovery. Whether you are a weekend warrior, training for an elite sporting event, or just trying to move more easily, Potrero PT can help get you back on your feet and working towards your goals.
