Dr. Aaron Casselman DC was introduced to chiropractic while living and working in Crested Butte, CO. As an avid mountain biker, runner and skier, Dr. Casselman has suffered many sports related injuries. Chiropractic care always reduced his recovery time and got him back into the game faster. Dr. Casselman DC received his BS in Biology from Binghamton University in Binghamton New York. He then went on to recieve a 1200 hour certicate in muscular therapy from the Muscular Therapy Institute in Cambridge Massachusetts. After working as a massage therapist in Colorado Dr. Casselman returned to school and attended Life Chiropractic College West in Hayward California. Dr. Casselman graduated as the salutatorian of his class. He recieved the quarterly Student Achievement Award twice during his time at Life West and was nominated to be the representative of his class in the Whos Who of College Students publication. Dr. Casselman has been in practice in Highlands Ranch for 10 years.Pinnacle Chiropractic and Spinal Rehab Center has been serving the Highlands Ranch Community with high quality chiropractic care for 10 years!

He provides excellent education and information about the issues and procedures, and has been open, honest, fair in all transactions. I highly recommend him to anyone seeking chiropractic care. His staff is extremely helpful and wonderful to work with as well.

My husband and I have been clients of Pinnacle Chiropractic & Spinal Rehab Center in Highlands Ranch for over two years, and we are absolutely in love with the care we receive from Dr. Eric Casselman. As former professional athletes, we understand the importance of body maintenance. We continue to come in for adjustments every few weeks to maintain our health and support our active lifestyles. Dr. Eric has an amazing crew working alongside him who provide outstanding service. We truly appreciate the warm, friendly environment and the personal approach they take with every patient. Dr. Casselman has been my go to chiropractor for almost 20 years. His staff is always friendly and welcoming. He is the most caring chiropractor I have ever been treated by, he’s always looking for new and innovative ways to help his patients. I love going to Pinnacle Chiropractic—well, almost everything about it. 😊 Neck traction isn’t my favorite, but it’s necessary and has made a significant difference in the structure of my neck. Dr. Casselman’s approach is completely different from other chiropractors I’ve seen. His focus is on true healing, not just quick adjustments to the neck/spine. Treatment feels much more like physical therapy, with a long-term plan rather than a temporary fix. My low back pain is gone and so are my horrible headaches. Ash, McKenzie, and Jen are all amazing—professional, caring, and always welcoming. I highly recommend Pinnacle Chiropractic!

I have gone to so many chiropractors since 2008 and Dr. Casselman is the only doctor that actually helped me return to my normal self, physically and mentally. It took Dr. Casselman only a year to fix me while it took other chiropractors more than couple of years to go nowhere. I wish I knew about Dr. Casselman back in 2008, when I first got rear-ended by a reckless, irresponsible, and non-insured driver. My life would have been so much better ever since. Dr. Casselman is very caring, compassionate, attentive, and amazing in every way. His staff is super nice. Ash is always friendly, sweet and very good with her job. McKenzie and other staff (sorry, I forget their names) are super nice, understanding and gentle. They know EVERYONE by name, very impressive 👏. Thank you Dr. Casselman and your staff from the bottom of my heart for making me whole again!
