I have been practicing on the Treasure Coast for more than 15 years. I'm a certified sports chiropractor and also completed the extensive Diplomat program in Chiropractic Sports Medicine. In addition, I have extensive training and field experience in the evaluation and management of athletes and athletic injuries. It is my goal to bring this experience and training to all patients, regardless of their condition or injury. During my years as a high school and college athlete, I saw many teammates go down with various injuries. Frequently, these injuries required the athlete to rest, take medication and sometimes undergo surgery. Often, especially back in the 1980s, surgery could be career ending. It was then that I began seeing the benefits of chiropractic care. As an athlete, the drugless and nonsurgical approach of chiropractic appealed to me. Once I decided on a career in health care, I chose chiropractic for its' direct approach to addressing the cause of one's problem.

I had my first consultation and session these last two weeks. The office staff is very lovely and helpful! The office is also very nice and clean, they have so many options for your overall Chiropractic needs. Dr. Frank is very informative and attentive! I was originally super nervous thinking they are going to pop my bones and it’s gonna hurt. He reassured my fear and explained everything before we started. His nurses Michelle and Nicole are so nice and gentle and explain each therapy step by step! Dr. Frank doesn’t pop and crack, he looks at the overall muscle, tendons, nerves, compression, tightness and mobility. The therapy techniques they use are gentle and not intimidating at all! Highly recommend this office if you are in need or have bad pain!

Dr Frank is one of the most caring physicians I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with. Yes working with. He makes sure to take the time to listen to you and get to the root cause of the issue. He has all the latest equipment and tools to help keep you up right and moving and makes sure to give you tips and advice on how to care for yourself in between treatments. The staff at Performance Health are top notch! Super friendly, very knowledgeable and very helpful. My family and I have been patients for 14 yrs now and have witnessed the changes and growth of this state of the art practice. If you’re in pain and looking for a partner to help you get better. I highly recommend Performance Health and Chiropractic. You won’t regret it.
