Dr. Shane is wonderful! He was able to help heal a rotator cuff problem that had been ongoing for 4 months and getting worse last fall. It went from severely limiting my movement to a full recovery 2 months later. Then I was dealing with knee pain that had been going on for 10 days that would prevent me from my ski trip in 21 days. One visit and the pain was completely gone within a few days. He is a great chiropractor and the deep tissue work he does makes him my first stop when dealing with any sudden/ongoing pain or discomfort. And a bonus is he takes insurance!

Dr. Murphy and the performance chiropractic crew are the best of it's kind. I refer all of my personal training clients to the team. They have also helped me through many injuries of my own. Highly recommend if you are looking for efficient and effective treatments to help you through any injuries.
